Service Desk Team is a module developed by the Center of Research & Development company. It provides integration between Website Service Desk and Generic Team addons.

Now when you create teams using Service Desk Module module, you will have additional options for assigning teams or a specified user.

Click Assign on the bottom.

After this in the field Team, you can select one of the created teams.

Click on Assign.

The selected team will be assigned for a request.
