Generic Request (Action Subrequest) Module
Generic Request (Action Subrequest) is a module of the Generic Request application developed by the Center of Research & Development company. It allows you to automatically create sub-requests using assigned actions when the request moves along the route.
The following modules need to be installed for the module:

After installing the Generic Request (Action Subrequest) module, the ability to automatically create sub-requests when the request moves along the route is enabled by default. You can enable or disable this option in the settings.
- Click Requests on the left dashboard menu.
- Under the Configuration menu click Settings.
A page with the settings opens. - In the Automated Actions menu group, select or clear the Subrequests checkbox.
- Click Save left top.
Now, you can add actions that will automatically create sub-requests when the request follows the route.
Open the request types page. To do this, under Configuration menu click Types.
Select a type from the list or click Create to create a new one.

Click Routes on the right top.
You will be redirected on the request routes page.
Select the route where you want to create a subquery and press to the right to go to the action page.
Select an action from the list or click Create to create a new one.
A page for creating a new action opens. Here, click the Type drop-down menu and select the new Subrequest option.
A new Subrequest tab will appear.
In the tab, a new form for creating sub-request will open. Choose the subrequest template. In the Subrequest trigger route drop-down menu you can specify which stage the request will be automatically moved when created.
Click Save on the left side above the form.
Now, when the request moves along the route, at the specified stage there will be an action that will create a new request. It will be created as a sub-request of this request.
