Website Service Desk (Resource)

Website Service Desk (Resource) is a module developed by the Center of Research & Development company. It provides integration between the Website Service Desk and Generic Request (Resource) modules and allows to use resources when submitting requests using the website interface.

Resources are pre-configured by the administrator. More information on the resource configuration you can read in the instruction to the Generic Request (Resource) module.
