New Request Event - Priority Change

With the previous update, Bureaucrat system has received a mechanism to track all request events. They are recorded and can be seen by clicking a new Events button on the request form.



Tracking events not only allows to review request history. Our system uses dynamic tracking and can be configured to perform certain actions when events occur. All automation modules can now use request events for triggering.


Event: Priority Changed


We recently added a new event - Priority Changed. The system will now track changing of the priority.

Where can you use it?

For example, you can configure an automated action to assign another person after request's priority is changed.



You can also set up a trigger, to move request to the next stage in case of changing priority.
